This estimate is taken from homeowner provided selection and has been very effective in determining viability. It always gives everyone a reference of cost for the job.

Over 30 years we have found that everyone and every household are unique. The extensive budget process allows us to glean the uniqueness of the client and incorporate it into their home. No two people are the same and no two homes should be identical. We design each home from scratch and then archive the plans never to be used again. We have found the cost of this budget process is usually less than a more conventional estimate or 'guestimate' because it isolates on where the client chooses to spend their money rather than where the builder chooses.
