Pricing
A good rule of thumb for
pricing a Pioneer Log Home is as follows:
- Pricing includes all log components
to complete your home, including walls, beams, etc. but
DOES NOT include stairs and railings.
- Lodgepole Pine - $40-$55 per square
foot
- Western Red Cedar - $50-$65 per square
foot
- Approximately 25% - 35% of your total
building cost will be your log package
The variation in pricing is due to the
fact that the logs come in varying sizes.
